We deliver to most areas in and outside Gauteng South Africa. If you are not in our delivery area, please contact our Customer Service Team to discuss delivery options.

Next business day delivery is usually available on orders placed before 2.30pm.

Due to our high volume of deliveries it is not possible to request specific times. For convenience we can give an estimated time for the delivery (usually a 2 hour window) on the morning of your delivery. If delivery is after 11am, the driver will contact you again when they are approximately one hour away.
How we Deliver
Items will be delivered by us, directly by the manufacturer or by our contracted courier company.
Please note all deliveries will need to be signed for.
If you have paid using Visa or Master Card the owner of the credit card must be on site when delivery takes place. Our drivers must sight photo ID showing you reside at the delivery address as well as the credit card used during the transaction. We understand this is not always possible, if for some reason the owner of the credit card cannot be on site for delivery, the item is a gift or we are delivering to a business please phone us on +27 11 493 8514 to discuss alternate arrangements of proving ownership of the credit card used.
Change of delivery details
If you need to change a delivery date or the delivery address, please contact our Customer Service Team at least 48 hours before the scheduled delivery date.
What happens if you are not home to accept delivery?
If we find the delivery address is unattended then our drivers will leave a notice in your letterbox or under your front door advising you of our Customer Service contact details. You can contact our Customer Service Team to organise another delivery day. You will be charged a delivery fee for each additional attempt for delivery.
However, if we cannot deliver your full order at the time agreed you will not be charged for additional deliveries.
A collection notice will be left in your letterbox or under your front door to contact the respective delivery party.
Stock availability representations on this website are accurate as of our last known stock level at our warehouse or with the manufacturer and are subject to change without notice.
Depending on availability, we may deliver your product from our local warehouse, our interstate warehouse or direct from the manufacturer to avoid delays.
If, for any reason, we cannot supply a product you have ordered, we will let you know over the phone or contact you using the details provided by you at the checkout process to amend, cancel or put your order on backorder as agreed with you. If you choose to put your order on backorder, we will contact you to arrange for delivery once the product is available.
